Disturbed - Indestructible (with bonus tracks "Parasite" and "Midlife Crisis [Faith No More cover]")

This is a proper advance in VBR using LAME 3.97 (V2). I have also included the two bonus tracks a couple blogs are linking, but now everything's in one file for SUPER AWESOMENESS.
I will post my own version at a later date. But here it is, so you don't have to settle for crappy WMA files or a constant bitrate. Honestly, who rips in CBR anymore? Shameful.
