Blog to be closed.... for now.

Hey everyone,

So in recent weeks/months I've been getting complaints from the RIAA about what has been posted here. A number of albums that you used to find on this blog have been removed. Some of these include albums by Silverchair, Still Remains, Alexisonfire, and State of Shock, among others.

I do not want to give up on Micks & Moshpits, but these developments make it hard to continue. That is why you haven't seen updates in a while. It's hard to stay motivated when this happens. At some point I will re-open the blog, but for now you won't see anything new until at least the new year.

Thanks to everyone who has followed the blog, been positive, and made this worth the time out of my day.

Hopefully this isn't the end. Thanks!

SORRY!!

Hey everyone,

I'm SO sorry for the lack of updates. No updates in almost a month! I honestly feel bad about that. Life just gets in the way, you know? Anyways, please be patient and I plan on making a return to posting around August 1st.

Envy, The - Don't Let Go EP

Saw these guys a couple years ago when they were known as CROWNED KING (search in the blog for the last album under that name). Their sound is so different than when they started so many years ago, so a name change to The Envy is like a new beginning for them, I guess. Great collection on catchy tunes here. These guys are spot-on perfect live...they put on a great show. I wasn't the first to post this (props to Rust In Peace blog for doing it first), but this version is my own rip in high quality VBR.
